Project hot and cold bath

For a professional football club, we have had the pleasure of installing a hot and a cold bath in the changing room area. Immediately after a match or training session, players can relax in a 38-degree hot bath or cool their muscles in an 8-degree cold bath. When players use both baths under the guidance of the medical staff, they are applying hot-cold therapy. This promotes recovery (for more information on this, see the hydrotherapy page).
